Take I-495 W (Long Island Expressway) to I-278 W, merge onto I-87 N (New York State Thruway), take exit 16 for Harriman. Approximately 70-90 minutes depending on traffic. Free parking at our clinic.
Public transit:
Take LIRR or subway to Penn Station, then Metro-North to Harriman (Port Jervis line), approximately 1.5 hours total travel time. We can arrange pickup from the station.
Subway accessible from Queens:
7 train to Manhattan, E/F/M/R lines connect throughout Queens.
